CMSA produces a number of products to keep members updated on current news about the commercial real estate finance market.

The Navigator, a biweekly e-newsletter for our entire membership is issued on alternating Thursdays, giving members insights into ongoing CMSA events and news. The Navigator contains links to important industry news that affects how members conduct business.

Capital Roundup, CMSA’s new biweekly e-newsletter exclusively devoted to Commercial Mortgage Securities Association's government relations efforts. To advance policies on your behalf, Capital Roundup is distributed on alternating Thursdays when Congress is in session and also as events in Washington warrant an issue. When Congress is out, CMSA’s government relations efforts also may appear in the Navigator.

CMBS World is the only quarterly magazine available exclusively aimed at the real estate capital market finance industry. Recent issues have focused on the international marketplace, collateral performance/credit risk and investor concerns.

The CMBS E-Primer is a comprehensive educational resource in a convenient e-book format on its website, as well as a weekly updated compendium of statistics and a daily news digest to keep members informed of what’s happening in the industry.

The Year in Review is produced by CMSA each June, spotlighting the events, issues and news that occurred the previous year. It also features a complete listing of CMSA’s membership, committees, leadership, corporate sponsors, and upcoming events.
