Commercial Mortgage Securities Association Statement of Policies for CPE credits
CMSA offers Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for select educational and conference events held during the year. Participants receive a number of CPE credits depending on the length of the session attended. If a session offers CPE credits, you must sign in and sign out of each event on the designated sign in sheet. Participants who do not record their signatures during the event will not be eligible to receive credits. Upon completion of each course, CMSA sends those applying for CPE Credits a Certificate of Completion. Note that CMSA does not report attendance to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and thus it is each individuals responsibility to report credits to your state board of accountancy.
Complaint Resolution
CMSA strives to promptly resolve any complaints from individuals attending a CMSA educational seminar. A seminar attendee has ten (10) business days from the conclusion of a specific event to register a complaint either by mail or e-mail. Complaints should be addressed to:
