Introducing the CMSA Forums
CMSA is pleased to announce the creation of Forums, groups of members with a common role in the industry. These Forums will meet at least twice a year to address issues particular to each group. Individuals from member companies will self-select the Forum(s) in which they will participate.
Forums will be able to adopt specific member-driven initiatives that are aligned with the broader Association goals. They will receive the full support of the CMSA staff. Two representatives from each Forum’s leadership will serve on the Policy Committee and help set CMSA policy positions.
Initially there will be five Forums: Investors, Portfolio Lenders, Multifamily Lenders, Servicers and Investment-Grade Bondholders. Forums will be added or changed to reflect member interest and changes in the marketplace.
Please review the Summary of CMSA Forums held January 19th in Washington during CMSA's January Conference.
