After Work & Educational Seminar Series
CMSA-Europe hosts our popular After Work & Educational Seminar Series consisting of a number of sessions dedicated to various hot topics for after work seminars and educational seminars for those new to the market or those needing a refresher. After work seminars focus with a panel of experts discussing key issues concluding with a networking reception, duration of approximately 2.5 hours. Our educational seminars, An Introduction to European CMBS (CMBS 101TM) and Key Roles in Building European CMBS (CMBS 201TM) are well established providing in-depth knowledge of the CMBS product and examine the roles of key participants and getting a transaction into the hands of investors.

CMSA-Europe Conferences
CMSA-Europe holds two main events each year, typically in April and November. The major event held towards the end of the year has been hosted in Brussels and Rome for the last three years. The annual Conference has built it's reputation by delivering an in-depth, focused and comprehensive programme bringing the industry together to focus on education, current market conditions and other topical issues. The audience has grown year on year with over 460 delegates attending in 2007. Ensure you are kept up to date with the developments for the CMSA-Europe Autumn Conference 2009.
CMSA-Europe has expanded it's Symposium of 2007/2006, to a one and a half day CMSA-Europe Spring Conference in London. In response to member feedback and market conditions the conference aimed to bring the market together in April with participants coming together to further advance their knowledge on the latest trends and challenges facing the industry and engage with global market participants during the networking opportunities. The conference was met with very positive feedback. It was commented that the programme was sympathetic to current market conditions. Delegates noted the number of participants especially senior market players in attendance and benefited from the diversity and honesty of the panellists.
